Ky District Traveling Plaque

Rules for capturing the Plaque

1. Must have a minimum of 5 current members attend a chapter event to be eligible. Family membership counts.

2. Each chapter attending must sign in and show membership card.

3.In the event that more than one chapter attends, each chapter attending will be given 1 ticket per chapter (not per member).

4. At the end of the meeting or event, a ticket will be drawn to determine the winning chapter of the plaque.

5. The winning chapter of the plaque MUST contact the District Webmaster within 24 hours after capturing the plaque. (www.gwrraky.com) email.

6. The plaque must be available to be captured at the next event of the winning chapter and will be posted on the District web site.

7. Attending District staff members can be counted as attending members of their home chapter.

8. The traveling plaque will be awarded to the chapter who captured the plaque the most at the KY District Rally 08' . A member from the chapter must be present at the rally to be awarded the plaque. If no one is present, then the plaque will go to the next eligible chapter.

9. In the event that there is a tie, the chapters with the top captures will be given a ticket at the rally and a winner will be drawn.

10. In addition to receiving the plaque, the winning chapter will receive $100.00

11. The KY District Director has the FINAL decision concerning eligibility.
